Wear comfortable clothes and eat only lightly before the session. Avoiding coffee and alcohol 2 days before and after the session will effect the session positively. SOURCE BASIC TRAINING  (level 1) with Shanti Devi  24 & 25 March 2012  Okido Yogacenter, van Ostadestraat 385-H Amsterdam A 2 day intensive for people who have attended groupsessions or individual sessions with Shanti before and want to make a leap! This training is also for people who are interested in deepening their process into the breath. This is the first of 3 trainings to become a certified breathworker and is a thorough introduction to Source-Breathwork.
