Shakti Dance is the yoga of dance, rooted in the art of Kundalini Yoga.
Align with the Divine in a delightful way.

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient art dealing with the expansion of
consciousness, the awakening and arising of our life-force energy up the
spine, through the chakras.
Raise your frequency, challenge your best.

This four and a half hour workshop includes:
Alignment of the spine.
Postures and movements to liberate the chest, creating a comfortable and
safe space for your heart.
Breathing exercises (pranayama) to come back to your essence.
Celestial communication.
Silent meditation.
And lots of expression and free flow of dance.
