Through the practice of Kundalini yoga
the individual can unite his consciousness with Cosmic Consciousness. The
science is said to be 70.000 years old. Tradition attributes it to the
Hindu God Shiva. Kundalini Yoga is closely related to Tantra, which also
raises Kundalini energy (Shakti power) to achieve extra-ordinary
consciousness.
Activating our energy centres called Chakras is accomplished by mixing
cosmic energy (Prana) with eliminating energy (Apana) which generates
pressure to force Kundalini to rise. This is done by means of Pranayama
(breathing exercises), Bhanda’s (body locks) in Kryas (exercise sets)
using Asanas (postures), Mudras (gestures) and Mantras (chanted words).
Kundalini yoga sets and meditations also use visualisation, projection and
focussed intention to create specific effects.
Shiva Yoga & Shakti Dance
Shakti Dance is the Yoga of Dance, a form of dance expression that is rooted in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga.
Align with the Divine in a delightful way.
Open your wings. Fly with your heart.
Dance it’s rhythm. Listen to it’s silence.
